The room was clean, and well kept. It was in a very quiet area. Close walking and driving distance to restaurants and the ferry to get across to the Island. The front desk staff was very nice, and informative. Was given a few options with discounts off at restaurants. Ordered pizza that was delivered right to our room, that was a great option. Would likely stay at this location again.

Breakfast was not available. Blanca and Roxroy in the office are awesome! So inviting, so pleasant and so very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and they made us feel very comfortable. They are an asset to your company.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and in good repair. It was close (walking distance) to the ferry we took to Mackinac Island (StarLine). The beds were comfortable. The room had a fridge. The outside of the building was cute.

They’re very caring and understanding. We had a mix up with our card and they helped solve the problem with ease. They made it very likely we would choose them over and over again, solely due to the generosity of the front staff.

I liked that it was so close to town. Also, we were offered water park passes to two different water parks for free with our room. :)

No frills motel for an overnight stay. Clean room. Friendly staff (Rox checked us in and out.) Accommodated a special request. Stayed another time previously. Will stay again. Older motel but great for the price.

We experienced nice hospitality in Thunderbird inn, the receptionist was very helpful. It’s genuinely worth for the pay.coated in main area and easily connected to nearby parks , light house and near to mackinaw bridge.
